Scope of services
- Written quantity takeoffs by BoQ/line item (LV/positions) — transparent, auditable, and aligned with VOB/BGB.
- 2D takeoff plans (floor plans, schematics, site plans) with clear dimensions, references, and an unambiguous legend.
- Plan vs. actual (Plan/Ist) reconciliation , including timestamped photo documentation and linkage to zone/room/distribution board.
- Versioning & audit security — complete change history (audit trail).
- Interfaces & exports – PDF, Excel.
